We raffle off LCBO gift cards. The event is popular so we know we will be doing it again.

Dinner and Silent Auction (Spring Fling)

This is our largest fundraiser. Come out to enjoy good company and entertainment and to find some good deals at the silent auction. Every year it is bigger and better. Check out the website for details.

Trash for Cash (Ongoing)

Collected items are converted to cash at a local scrap dealer or cashed in at The Beer Store. In each of 2008, 2009 and 2010 over $2,000 was raised. If you have something (see list below) that can help us out contact dougcody@hotmail.com or, if it is easier, cash it in yourself and send in a cheque. We will send you a tax receipt.

Collected Items:

• Pop cans and tabs
  
• Beer, wine and alcohol containers
  
• Copper pipe
  
• Copper wire
  
• Batteries (lead acid): car, boat, tractor, etc.
  
• Other: If you have something else that can be converted to cash than let us know about it.

Your Event

Consider having your business/school/team/club host a golf, bowling, dart or some other kind of tournament. Maybe you could have a barbecue or yard sale. Whatever your “fun” event is let us know so that we can help you promote it.
